Policies and Terms

privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and we will NEVER pass your information to any third parties. We only collect information about you to process your order or to give us the opportunity to provide you with information about forthcoming Replay products and special promotions of ours that may be of interest to you. Online credit/debit card transactions are securely and independently processed - we have no access to your card details.

payment policy

Currently, we accept credit/debit cards, Google Checkout, Paypal, postal orders, cheques and e-cheques. All orders are handled online; there is no facility for telephone ordering. All goods will be dispatched upon cleared payment, which is usually the same working day for all instant payments. Please note that although we accept e-cheques, we advise against them unless you are prepared to wait for your goods - they typically take 7 to 9 working days to clear, a process that is entirely outside of our control.

cancellation and returns policy

Customers who wish to cancel their order and obtain a full refund may do until such time that we send an email confirming dispatch. Thereafter, customers may return items but must do so within 7 days of receipt and you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, declaring your intention to return. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept for return DVDs that are unopened and sealed in their factory shrink-wrapping. The customer must bear the cost of returning the item to us. All goods returned that were correctly supplied will be subject to a restocking charge of 12.5%.

We will not be held responsible for damage or loss of goods returned through the postal system, therefore if your item arrives damaged at our premises, we will not refund and it is up to you to claim from The Royal Mail. We therefore urge proper postal insurance of the returned item and we strongly suggest that returns are sent as RECORDED OR SPECIAL DELIVERY so that they can be traced. Any orders returned without prior arrangement via email or letter will not be accepted. Should we receive any returns that have been damaged in the post, we will contact the sender. It is up to the sender to claim from the Royal Mail and we will not be involved in the process.

postage policy

Customers within the UK have the option of standard postage or Recorded Delivery. We neither encourage nor discourage the use of one over the other - it is entirely the customers choice. However, customers should be aware of the following: Recorded Delivery has the advantage that in the event of loss, the Customer will be entitled to a no-quibble refund in full. For orders sent by standard postage, we always obtain a Proof of Postage. In the event of loss, we will seek to obtain compensation from Royal Mail, and if successful, we shall refund the customer in full. In the event that the claim is unsuccessful, we shall not be liable in any way. In choosing standard postage, UK customers both understand and accept this risk and waive any right to a refund. This in no way affects the customer's rights under our Cancellations and Returns Policy.
